VIAS are looking for a development lead to work in Aberdeen to establish a branch of Triple E, our supported employment program. We are looking for someone with leadership qualities, a willingness to learn, a ‘can do’ attitude, and reflects the values of improving the lives of people with learning disabilities and autism by helping them find the jobs they want as well as connecting employers to capable disabled candidates for their job vacancies.
